Aon’s Rewards Solutions Practice Welcomes Jacqueline Condron to Its Governance Services Team

The governance services team within Aon’s Rewards Solutions practice is excited to announce the addition of Jacqueline “Jackie” Condron to our staff. Jackie joins Aon as a director where she will advise clients on shareholder engagement strategies in all areas related to Say-on-Pay and executive compensation and ESG-related topics.

Prior to Aon, Jackie was vice president of proxy voting and governance research at BNY Mellon, where she led a team responsible for managing BNY Mellon’s internal proxy voting guidelines, and researching, analyzing and determining voting for over 12,000 U.S. and international companies. Jackie also led engagements with companies relating to proxy contests, annual and special shareholder meeting matters. Overall, Jackie has more than 15 years of experience in legal and governance settings and has extensive expertise in assessing pay for performance and consulting with companies regarding emerging governance and shareholder engagement best practices.

We welcome Jackie to Aon at a time of tremendous growth for our governance services team, which now serves more than 1,000 clients each year. We are thrilled to have Jackie on board, and we look forward to seeing her expertise in action on behalf of our many clients.
