Aon’s Rewards Solutions Practice Welcomes Jim Kroll to Its Governance Services Team

The governance services team within Aon’s Rewards Solutions practice is excited to announce the addition of Jim Kroll to our staff. Jim joins Aon as an associate partner in our San Francisco office, where he will advise clients on their corporate governance strategies related to executive compensation, including CD&A messaging, managing say-on-pay votes, shareholder engagement activities and other emerging governance trends.

Prior to Aon, Jim was a senior director at Willis Towers Watson, where he served as a senior member of their executive compensation practice and lead their North American governance advisory practice. Jim’s prior roles include a number of research and client advisory roles at Mellon Investor Services, Georgeson, and Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS).

Overall, Jim has more than 25 years of experience in the governance space. He is a frequent speaker at industry events and has presented at the Society for Corporate Governance, the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP) and WorldatWork events.

We welcome Jim to Aon at time of tremendous growth for our governance services team, which now serves more than 1,000 clients each year. We are thrilled to have Jim on board, and we look forward to seeing his expertise in action on behalf of our many clients.
