Aon’s rewards practice is excited to announce Guy Pritchard has joined the firm to lead its European technology and life sciences sectors. His primary focus is to ensure clients in these sectors experience the best of Aon’s data, analytics and advisory capabilities to help them make better and more equitable rewards decisions. Together with our team of sector specialists, Guy will advise firms of all sizes on a broad range of rewards issues, including rewards strategy, short- and long-term bonus plan design, job architecture and salary structures, all of which will be informed by the most comprehensive market data available.

Pritchard brings 20-years of experience in the rewards space to clients. He previously worked at Aon before taking a global compensation director role at Boston Consulting Group. In his last role with Aon, Guy focused on leading both executive and employee reward strategy engagements with technology and life sciences companies throughout Europe.

“We welcome Guy back to Aon at a time of tremendous growth for our technology and life sciences sectors,” said Sean Carney, head of Aon’s European rewards practice. “We are thrilled to have him on board, and we look forward to seeing his expertise in action on behalf of our many clients who are changing the world around us.”

“I am very excited to rejoin the Aon team and engage with the European technology and life sciences communities,” said Pritchard. “I look forward to partnering with companies to advise and support them on critical people issues—ever so important at this time—as firms explore how to build thriving and resilient workforces in the midst of significant digital and societal change.”
